When you place an order, you have 24 hours to contact our Customer Support Teamand request a cancellation or modification.
After 24 hours, we’ve already started working on your order and it is too late to cancel it or modify it.
To cancel an order, please provide all the details concerning the items you want to cancel as well as your order number.
To modify an order, please include all the details of your order: order number, style, size and color then specify the item you would like to change it for in your email and we’ll do our best to help you!
Every single item on UShopcafe is custom printed just for you, and it will take us 2-10 business days to print and craft, also make sure your order is everything you hoped it would be prior to shipping.
Please note: Some of our items in our catalog are so popular that the shipping times may take longer than the estimates below.
A Tracking Number will be sent to you by email after your order has been shipped. If you haven’t received your tracking number within 7-10 business days of placing your order, please contact our help support team here and we’ll be happy to assist!

After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.
At UShopcafe, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect product. Thankfully it is rather unusual! But, if it is the case, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.
All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. Please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our helpful support staff will organize a reprint or a refund for you!
In the unfortunate event that your shoes do not fit you absolutely properly, Just shoot us an email at email@example.com with your order number and the size you need and we will happily do a one time exchange for your proper size.
